What it does: This module will function as an HR tool to analyze risk factors and predict potential insider threats within an organization, as well as for applicants. This tool can be used for personnel selection when screening resumes and for national security clearance adjudication applications. It will create a detailed report based on adjudicative guidelines (e.g.,
Security Executive Agent Directive --SEAD 4)
identifying risk factors and with an insider threat predictive score with detailed sections, follow-up questions and practical recommendations. It connects the dots and finds the gaps that human reviewers might have missed.
